Return Timeframe

You may request a refund for your course enrollment within 30 days of your initial purchase date. The refund request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires. After this period, courses become non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions: the refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase, you must have accessed less than 25% of the total course content, and the course must not have been completed or substantially used. Refund requests are subject to review and approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Since our courses are delivered digitally online, there are no physical products to return and no shipping costs associated with refunds. All course materials are accessed through our online platform, so no return shipping is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return and refund request, please contact us at business@ghomryondrghar.world with the following information: your full name, email address used for enrollment, course name, purchase date, order number if available, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are non-refundable: courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed, courses purchased more than 30 days ago, any downloadable resources or materials that have been downloaded, completed courses, and any promotional or discounted courses marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your course enrollment before accessing any course content. If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before accessing any materials, you will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests should be sent to business@ghomryondrghar.world with your order details.

Refund Procedure

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
